CityU faculty member Mr Alex Tham(譚桂常先生)and CityU alumna Ms Pauline Lee(李寶燕校友)will share with our alumni about the upcoming market trends, tips on career planning and personal branding, interview skills, etc.

Mr Tham, Assistant Dean (Admissions and Promotion for Undergraduate) of College of Business, and Senior Teaching Fellow of the Department of Marketing, has won 16 teaching awards in his 23 years of teaching life. He has strong belief in the importance of active learning and encourage students to acquire different knowledge. He has also conducted many marketing consultancy projects for various organisations such as Industry Department of HKSAR, Hong Kong Red Cross, Hong Yip Property Management Limited, Pacific Link Communications Limited, etc.

Ms Pauline Lee, Executive Director and Head of Human Resources of ICBC International Holdings Limited, is a veteran professional with over 20-year experience in human resources management and strategic planning on talent acquisition, retention and development for various renowned organisations and “Global Top 50 companies”, such as Merrill Lynch, Fleishman-Hillard, CITIC Capital, Wells Fargo, and Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance.
