Mr Tony KWOK Man-wai, SBS, IDS, JP (郭文緯先生) has devoted himself unstintingly to the community throughout an illustrious career spanning more than 40 years in the anti-corruption field. Joining the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) shortly after its inception in 1975, he was the first local officer to lead the ICAC's Operations Department as the Deputy Commissioner and Head of Operations. Since retiring from the ICAC in 2002, Mr Kwok has been active as an international anti-corruption consultant. He has been invited to visit and provide professional anti-corruption consultancy services and conduct anti-corruption seminars in more than 25 countries, as well as 13 provinces in China. He has also assisted a number of countries in setting up national anti-corruption agencies.

In this event, Mr Kwok, Court Member of CityU and alumnus of the Master of Business Administration, will share how trusted leaders demonstrate integrity to achieve faith and confidence. This important characteristic is an integral step on the road to success for the great leaders of the future.
