CityU Alumni Gathering @ London will be organised by the Alumni Relations Office (ARO) at 6:30 pm on 8 October 2016 (Saturday) at London, the United Kingdom (UK). As this gathering will signify a formal kick-off of alumni network in UK, it will be an opportune occasion for you to witness this new development, expand personal networks and get University updates. Remarks:
 
  1. Only VISA or Master credit card will be accepted.

  2. Payment will be debited in Hong Kong dollars and the exchange rate is subject to the updated rate as decided by the credit-card issuing bank.

  3. Upon receipt of registration and full payment, the Alumni Relations Office will send confirmation email to the successful registrant around 10 working days.

  4. Payment is non-refundable.

  5. Due to limited venue capacity and catering arrangement, we are not able to entertain walk-in participants.

  6. The copyright of the photos and videos taken in the event will belong to the University. They may be publicized on the University’s website or other University promotional channels.

  7. The alumni data provided will be updated in the University’s alumni data system for strengthening alumni relations and will be kept confidential. It would normally take effect in around two weeks’ time. If you do not prefer this arrangement, please send an email to monique.chu@cityu.edu.hk.

  8. The University reserves the right to adjust the programme details, and reschedule or cancel the event under unforeseen circumstances.
