Wine tasting is the sensory examination and evaluation of wine.  Matching different food tastes with various wine styles to enhance different flavours is art. CityU alumnus, Mr David Wong (黃輝庭先生) , a professional wine educator with WSET Certified- Level 3- Wines and Spirits (Distinction), will host a workshop on “The Art of Wine Tasting and Food Pairing (品味葡萄酒及酒食配搭的藝術)”. In the 3 sessions of the workshop, participants would acquire skills and techniques in wine tasting and food pairing while networking with other fellow alumni. Join us now!

  • Regional difference, new world and old world and grape comparison of different wines
