CityU alumna, Ms Alice Ho (何慶賢小姐), a life coach as well as human resources and training professional, will host a workshop on “Achieving Personal Wellness by Life Coaching Techniques (以人生教練技巧達致身心靈健康)”. The 3-session workshop will be for those who are interested in achieving personal wellness while learning life coaching skills through interaction with the trainer and among participants.
