Imagine having fun, being peaceful, creating and improving fine motor skills, focus and self-esteem. Discovery and relaxation happen as you let go and enjoy the journey with this easy-to-learn and relaxing method of drawing beautiful designs using structured patterns called Zentangle®. This process is great for non-artists and artists. The famous colouring book: The Secret Garden, is also a Zentangle-inspired art.

With Zentangle, drawing can become accessible, relaxing, intuitive and fun while increasing one’s personal sense of well-being and creativity. Our Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT®) and local character illustrator, Ms Cat Kwan, will walk you through stroke by stroke! Come and join us to relax and create your own masterpiece.

Trainer  Ms Cat Kwan, a certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT®), owns her original illustration brand Faty Zen & Homy® with the use of Zentangle art. Cat is also a member of Hong Kong Society of Illustrations and Hong Kong Publishing Professional Society Ltd.

Cat has worked with different brands, e.g. bossini, CosmoGirl, Gillette, etc, in product packaging design. She also trains people with Zentangle in workshops. With her extensive experiences, Cat is committed to develop her own original brand and spread positive messages through her creative work.

HK$600 (for 3 sessions)
(For the workshop fee, the $500 collected will be used as donation for sponsoring activities organized by ARO for alumni relations development and $100 will be collected for the Zentangle kit* and course materials.)

* The kit includes one Sakura Gellyroll® pen, one Zentangle branded graphite, one mini charcoal Zentangle pencil and a pile of white Zentangle Apprentice tiles.
