Join CityU Delegation – Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2018

Dear CityU Runners (2017),

City University of Hong Kong will once again organise a delegation to participate in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2018 to be held on 21 January 2018 with the objectives of promoting CityU as a healthy university and strengthening unity among the CityU community. The Delegation will include all staff & their dependants, students, and alumni and their dependants. We are honored to have our President, Professor Way KUO, to serve as Head of the CityU Delegation and lead our participants in the run.

CityU had successfully recruited 1050 delegate members for the Marathon in 2017 and we aim to form a bigger delegation for the 2018 race. (CityU was one of the top Six “Most Supportive Groups” in 2017.) If you are interested in joining the CityU Delegation, you must first successfully enroled and confirmed payment to the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2018.

The updated information and application details has been officially announced by HKAAA, the Organiser. Same as last year, the registration will be in a ballot format. Please register online during the registration period from 16 Aug (Wed) 10:00am to 6 Sep (Wed) 7:00pm. The public ballot result will be announced after 10:00am on 21 Sep (Thur). After receiving your confirmed registration from the SCHKM Organiser by email, you should submit your enrolment form for joining the CityU Delegation either through online enrolment or by fax/email or in person to the Physical Education Section at the Unit B, 6/F, Block 1, To Yuen Building, CityU, from 21 September (10:00am) to 20 October 2017.
