Network Connection

  • You can use any terminals on campus or off campus and log onto the CityU e-Portal to check your class schedule, available places in course sections, or do web registration. If you encounter problems in accessing the CityU network outside the campus, there may be external factors other than our servers involved. Use the terminals on campus instead.


    Technical support will be provided by the Computing Services Centre as follows:
    8:15 am - 10:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
    9:00 am - 9:30 pm (Saturday)
    12:30 pm - 6:00 pm (Sunday)

    If you are unable to connect into the system, please retry after some time interval. If you are still unsuccessful, please report to the Computing Services Centre.
     
  • Although the WEB is operational 24 hours a day, if you encounter problems in using the service outside the supported hours, you are advised to try again a few hours later or the next day.
