53. Ultra-Violet Visible Near Infra-red Spectrophotometer with Integrating Sphere (PE Lamda 750 )

2

This LAMBDA 750 spectrophotometer is designed to provide the maximum sampling flexibility for tough samples in chemistry, biochemistry and materials science. It is equipped with the 60mm Integrating Sphere used for routine diffuse reflectance and diffuse transmittance measurements on a wide variety of materials.

54. Ultra-Violet Visible Stop-Flow Spectrophotometers

3

It is used to study transient and pre-steady-state kinetics of fast, liquid-phase chemical and biochemical reactions initiated by the rapid mixing and stopping (stopped-flow) of the reactants. A spectroscopic probe (absorbance or fluorescence) is employed to follow the course of the reaction by recording changes in the amplitude of the spectroscopic signal as a function of time.

55. Circular Dichroism-Stopped-Flow Spectrophotometer (MOS-450 AFAF-CD)

4

This MOS-450 AF/AF-CD is a combined instrument of UV-Vis Spectrometer and Polarimeter equipped with a stopped-flow multimixer. It is used in the measurement of fluorescence, absorbance and circular dichroism, steady state spectral recordings and single wavelength fast-kinetics recordings.

58. X-Ray Fluorescence micro-Analyser (Spectro MIDEX M)

6

The XRF micro-Analyser is a non-destructive measuring system that performs the elemental analysis for industry, research and sciences. It offers a small measuring spot for small solid & powdered samples as well as rapid mapping of large surfaces. Its applications cover the fields of metal, chemical, environmental, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, polymer, the RoSH/WEEE screening in coating, toys, watch & jewelry as well as the electronic industries, etc.

59. Single Crystal X-Ray Diffractometer(Oxford GEMINI S Ultra)

7

Gemini S Ultra is an innovative system comprising all that is needed to run single crystal diffraction experiments on varied inorganic and organometallic structures at molybdenum and copper Kα wavelengths. The 4?“circle kappa diffractometer is the universal goniometer platform. Built around this platform, the XRD is mounted with a 92 mm diagonal Sapphire CCD detector and co-mounted Enhance (Mo) and Enhance (Cu) X?“ray sources.

60. Bomb Calorimeter semi-micro (Parr 1261EF)

8

This is the standard instrument for measuring the calorific values of solid and liquid combustible samples by ignited electrically and burning in an excess of oxygen. Its microprocessor determines the heat of combustion of sample.

61. CHNS/O Analyser (PE 2400 series II)

9

This analyzer is used for determining the percentage composition of C, H, N, S and O for majority of organic & inorganic samples. The sample weight is of milligram to gram level regarding the detection limit & concentration dynamics. With proper facilities, its applications can cover various fields, such as specialty chemicals, environmental, pharmaceutical, oil & coal industries that require the elemental analysis.
