A smooth dining experience may help enhance better business relationship. Equipping yourself with the knowledge of proper dining etiquette will effectively upgrade your social skills and increase your professionalism for client meetings, lunch interviews and formal occasions.
Learning Outcome
- Students learn what is deemed socially acceptable table manners in business functions (Western style).
- Students will be able to know the flow of the different courses in a meal, the use of utensils and glassware, the silent service signals, the proper gesture when invited to attend a business function, the proper manner in taking a 3-course meal and toast.
