| Tak Chee Yuen is located adjacent to the main Campus at 88 Tat Chee Avenue. The entire estate is used as senior staff quarters with a small block used by visiting professors and short-stay visitors.The estate consists of 14 blocks of low rise residential buildings of 4 to 7 storeys. In total, there are 110 units being used as senior staff quarters, 6 units for visitor quarters and one caretaker's flat. The said 6 visitor quarters are accommodated in Block 8 Wong Fung Ling Hall whereas all the others are in Block 1 to Block 14 on the estate. There are about 80 parking spaces in Blocks 11, 12 13 and 14 and a few visitor's carpark outdoor. There are landscaped areas and playgrounds surrounding the 14 residential blocks. |

Special Rate - A special daily rate of $120 would be given for additional bed to children aged between 4 and 12. Free rental would be given to children aged below 4.
