The objective of this Study is to make policy recommendations to the relevant policy bureau of the HKSAR Government on how to position Hong Kong as a maritime centre riding on the spectacular growth of the economy of China for the benefit of maritime insurance community and the ancillary insurance sectors, e.g. marine, air, land transit as well as boat cruise.
