Hong Kong laws which govern the environment.

Legally the environment is:

The air, water and land. The air includes the air within buildings and the air within other natural or man-made structures above or below ground.

Hong Kong law related to environment include:

WASTE DISPOSAL ORDINANCE
The law regulating production, storage, collection and disposal (including the treatment, reprocessing and recycling) of waste of any class or description.   Also the licensing and registration of places and persons connected with any such activity, the protection and safety of the public in relation to any such activity.

 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ORDINANCE
The law controlling the pollution of the waters of Hong Kong 


FORESTS AND COUNTRYSIDE ORDINANCE
The law relating to forests and plants and the protection of the countryside.

 NOISE CONTROL ORDINANCE
The law on the prevention, minimizing and abatement of noise; the appointment of a Noise Control Authority. This includes the powers and duties of the Noise Control Authority relating to the control of noise; the creation of offences; and for connected purposes.

AIR POLLUTION CONTROL ORDINANCE
The law providing for abating, prohibiting and controlling pollution of the air.
