Clerical Officer I in the Department of Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering [Ref. A/149/08]

Duties

Provide timetabling support; coordinate program administration, exchange activities and TLQ exercise; and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience.  Good PC skills in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are required.

Conditions of Service

Serving staff will retain existing superannuable or gratuity-bearing terms of appointment on promotion or internal transfer.
