How to Submit Manuscripts
- You can submit your manuscripts via Netscape, Internet Explorer 6 or newer versions, Mozilla, Opera, etc.
- If you submit your manuscript for the first time, please create your login account and then login our server.
- If you already have your login account, you need not create your new login account.
- If you forget your password, please ask system administrator of this server.
Abstract Format Requirements
1. Language:
- All abstracts must be submitted in English which is the official language of the conference.
2. Page Limit:
- Abstracts (also called Extended Summary) - 2 pages or less, no exceptions
3. Template:
Copyright Requirements
- Each paper needs to be accompanied by the IEEE Copyright form. You may submit your copyright form at the point of submitting your abstract. To download the copyright form, click Here.
- Please send completed Copyright form to ieeeinec@cityu.edu.hk or fax to Dr. Ricky Fu at (852) 3442-0264
Full Paper Format Requirements
- Full contributed papers will be peer reviewed and published in a special issue of Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
- The articles should not exceed four published pages. A printed journal page is ca. 900 words (excluding diagrams and figures).
