¹ The JNN special issue will likely contain 1,000 pages in 2 volumes.  The corresponding or a designated author of each paper published in the JNN special issue, regularly registered, is entitled to one complimentary hardcopy of the JNN special issue.

² The corresponding or a designated author of each paper published in the MSE-R special issue, properly registered, is entitled to one complimentary hardcopy of the MSE-R special issue.

All packages (except guests) include:

• All conference sessions
• Daily lunches and tea breaks
• Abstract Collection (CD ROM format)
• Program books
• Conference banquet

The guest package includes only items 2 and 5 plus local tour assistance.

Extra conference banquet tickets can be bought separately on site.

Important Notes

• Each delegate (member/non-member) registration with full payment is entitled to 2 paper submissions
• Each student registration is entitled to 1 paper submission
• Each additional presentation must be accompanied by a registration with full payment
• All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors
• Only extended abstracts of paid/registered AND presented ORAL papers will be indexed by IEEE Explore
• Only extended abstracts of paid/registered, presented, and SELECTED POSTER papers will be indexed by IEEE Explore (Selection will be done on site during the poster sessions)
• Proof of student status is required for all student registration and must be sent to Dr. Ricky Fu (ieeeinec@cityu.edu.hk) or fax to (852) 3442-0264.  Please indicate your name and "IEEE INEC 2010" on your fax.

Payment Details

• The conference will accept Visa, Master cards, Bank Draft (Oversea), Cheque (Local) or Bank Remittance for the registration.
• Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
