As the Hong Kong Observatory has issued Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, please note that the morning session of today's conference has been cancelled (22 May 2013). You are advised to take shelter in a safe place and stay there. If the black signal is cancelled before 12:00 noon today, the talks of am sessions will be MOVED TO 2:00 PM TODAY.
The latest programme will be posted at the message boards outside LT-4 and Y5-206 around 12:00 noon.
