Prof. Daniel W. C. Ho

    Prof. Daniel W. C. Ho received a first class B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics from the University of Salford  (UK) in 1980, 1982 and 1986, respectively. From 1985 to 1988, Prof. Ho was a Research Fellow in Industrial Control Unit, University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, Scotland). In 1989, he joined the Department of Mathematics, City University of Hong Kong, where he is currently a Professor. He is an Associate Editor of Asian Journal of Control and a senior member of IEEE.  His research interests include H-infinity control theory, nonlinear control theory, estimation and filtering theory, adaptive neural wavelet identification.
