Venue: Staff Lounge at City Top, 9/F, Amenities Building, CityU MAP

To get there, please go to 4/F of Academic Building and go to Amenities Building through the covered walkway between the two buildings. Then go pass the Swimming Pool and you will get to Lift 19 and Lift 20. Take either lift to 9/F and you will arrive the restaurant.
