The Department has a vibrant research degrees programme with 41 currently registered doctoral candidates. Our PhD studies extend over three years in the case of MPhil/MA degree holders or four years for non-MPhil/MA degree holders. Every student is supervised by a panel of three faculty members and can expect close contact with their main supervisor(s). Research interests of the faculty members in this Department can be found in the Faculty page.
