Student Residence



We have secured 100 rooms at the Student Residence of City University for the period 14th --28th June. Bookings must be done (and paid) via the conference secretariat (focm2008@cityu.edu.hk) on or before 31 May 2008. Should you want to book a room, please read the information below.


Check-in and Check-out

The times for check-in to and check-out from Student Residence are after 2pm and before 12noon respectively. Visitors will be charged half of a daily rate for late check-out after 12noon up to 6pm. Visitors who check-out after 6pm will be charged a full daily rate.


Payment

Rate: HK$220 per room per night.

Booking and payment have to be made before 31 May 2008 to ensure accommodation. Payments can be done by credit card only. Please send us either by email ( focm2008@cityu.edu.hk ) or by fax (852-27888561) the following information:

Cancellations may be done before 31 May 2008. In case of cancellation, 20% of the occupancy charges will be applied. Reservations are subject to reception of payment. We will inform the check-in procedures after confirmation of your booking.
