The Department of Public and Social Administration (SA) is one of Hong Kong’s most sought after places to study politics, policy, and administration.

Our department is the biggest department offering tailor-made programmes in these studies among sister institutions in Hong Kong. Each year, we attract many first choice applicants from students who complete their A Levels and other qualifications.

Our Vision & Mission

SA provides a vigorous combination of theoretical and applied studies to prepare students for a wide range of career opportunities in administration and management. Our effort in integrating theory with practice strengthens our contribution to the theory and education of public and social administration.
