Biography Brian Brewer teaches and research in the areas of public management and public policy issues. Current research focuses on strategies / mechanisms for effective redress in the public sector, 'best practices' in public management in Hong Kong, and public sector innovations. He has completed teaching / management development assignments with the Hong Kong Management Association, Civil Service Training and Development Institute and the Henley Management College in Hong Kong.
