Biography
Chan Hok-yee has been teaching in the Department of Public and Social Administration for ten years; seven years full time and three years part time. He is currently re-appointed as Instructor I. Before joining City University of Hong Kong, he has worked in the Hong Kong Government for 14 years. He studied public administration and management in Hong Kong and obtained his MBA in the University of Queensland, Australia. He completed the study of MSc in TQM and Business Excellence in May 2006.
