Biography
I graduated from Nanjing University with a BA degree (1997) and from University of International Business & Economics (Beijing) with Master of Law (2000). Then I became a teacher in the School of Labour Economics, Capital University of Economics and Business (CUEB), Beijing, and was certified as Lecturer in 2002. I have been teaching Labour Law, Labour Dispute Resolution since 2001, and International Labour Standards. I was a visiting scholar to Law School, University of Michigan, U.S during June - July, 2005.
I began my Ph.D study at CityU in September 2007. My research interests include labour and employment law, resolution of labour / employment disputes, industrial / labour / employment relations, comparative study in the above fields, and international labour standards.
