Outstanding SEE alumni presented with award by the Hong Kong Exporters’ Association
Under the supervision of Prof. Edwin TSO, two talented alumni of the School of Energy and Environment (SEE) at the City University of Hong Kong (CityU) have been awarded for their distinguished achievement. Mr. Choi Man Ho and Mr. Cheung Tim Yiu have won the Gold Award with the Electricity-free Cooling Technology of i2Cool Limited, a technology startup incubated by CityU HK Tech 300, at the 3rd Asia Exhibition of Innovations and Inventions Hong Kong (AEII) by the Hong Kong Exporters’ Association (HKEA).
AEII is an annual exhibition cum competition organized by the HKEA exclusively devoted to showcasing innovations and inventions from Asia and awarded excellent inventions selected by a renowned and professional judging panel.
This remarkable achievement is a testament to the vision of SEE at CityU. The school is dedicated to nurturing students with innovative ideas and providing them with the necessary tools to transform research outcomes into tangible, commercial products that can make a real-world impact.
