Prof. Sai Kishore RAVI received the Young Scientist Award in the Global Conference for Decarbonization of Energy and Materials (GCDEM 2023)

Prof. Sai Kishore RAVI has received the Young Scientist Award in the Global Conference for Decarbonization of Energy and Materials (GCDEM 2023) in Singapore, held from 27 to 30 December 2023.  Prof. RAVI was selected by the conference review panel for this award in recognition of his contributions in the domain of “energy harvesting and catalysis”.

In the conference, Prof. RAVI had the privilege of delivering the Medal Lecture on the topic, Solar Energy Beyond PV: Tackling Water-Energy Challenges with “Solar-to-X”.

This conference was organized by NUS (National University of Singapore) and SERIS (Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore) and was chaired by Prof. Seeram Ramakrishna. Several other prominent academics including Prof. Ghim Wei Ho, Prof. Hong Jin Fan, Prof. Nripan Mathews, and Prof. Stefan Adams attended the conference and delivered keynote lectures.
