Social Innovation Inventor Competition 2022-23 Award Presentation Ceremony

The School of Energy and Environment was recently invited to participate in the esteemed 10th "Social Innovation Invention Conceptual Space Design Competition" to support initiatives that drive sustainable solutions. Hosted by the World Green Organization, this event aims to foster creativity and inspire students in the field of smart mobility.

Centered around the theme of "Smart Mobility," the competition encourages the active participation of students from various schools and universities, urging them to incorporate green elements and develop smart, low-carbon transportation solutions in their design concepts. The event has generated significant interest from a wide range of secondary schools and tertiary institutions, showcasing the enthusiasm and dedication of young minds towards sustainable innovation.

The winning teams were selected based on their exceptional contributions in these areas, exemplifying their innovative approaches to designing sustainable spaces for the future. Prof. Shauhrat S. Chopra, representing the School of Energy and Environment, attended the prestigious award ceremony held at the Asia Society Hong Kong Center - McLean Theater. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the winning team for their outstanding achievements and innovative solutions that contribute to a sustainable future.
