Please stick to the following guidelines for your abstract submission:

  • Your abstract text should be not more than 300 words in English or 400 words in Chinese, including the references 
  • Put only essential references in your abstract, if necessary 
  • When using abbreviations, spell out the name in full at the first mention and follow with the abbreviation in parenthesis 
  • In your abstract, you should outline clearly, if applicable, the Title, Background, Research Aims/Objectives, Methodology, Results/Findings and Conclusions 

Amendments of personal and co-author information submitted:

  • If in any cases there would be amendments of the personal information of the corresponding authors or the co-authors after submission, please contact us via the emails for general enquiries. 

Notification of the Selection Result:

  • Corresponding authors would be notified for the acceptance of the abstract after the review of our board of scientific committee. Note that the notification would only be communicated with the corresponding author who provides the contact information, and the corresponding author would be responsible to distribute the notification to the co-authors.
