Provide a competitive compensation and benefits package and career structure that help attract, retain and reward faculty and staff.
Coordinate performance-based pay review to motivate, retain and reward faculty and staff.
Develop and coordinate training programmes, as well as formulate and implement policies and administrative procedures to support development activities.
Enhance communication between staff and management via Staff Consultative Committees, and promote staff relations through a variety of staff functions.
Provide professional personal consultation service to help employees deal with work-related and personal problems.
Promote and handle staff related equal opportunities issues.
Maintain and manage an integrated database on University manpower resources.
