Pre-enrolment

All new students are required to perform the online pre-enrolment procedures before coming to the University for the in-person enrolment. The online process will guide you through steps to:

a. activate your Electronic ID (EID),

b. read and accept the Declaration upon Enrolment,

c. update personal data for communication,

d. indicate your choice in the Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing,

e. complete the Declaration on Insurance Agreement (applicable to non-local students only),

f. submit photo for Student ID Card production, and

g. complete the General Health Questionnaire.

An EID has been assigned to you during the application process. If you do not get it at the admission application stage, you can activate it by performing the pre-enrolment procedures upon receipt of the enrolment notification. Click here to learn more about EID. Your EID enables you to log in to CityU Portal and access to a wealth of information relating to your studies.

New students must submit their photos via AIMS to complete the pre-enrolment process before in-person enrolment. No cameras would be set up for photo-taking in the enrolment venues. For photo requirements and procedures, please refer to the websites below.
