Microfibers Released into the Air from a Household Tumble Dryer

Household tumble driers could be potential atmospheric sources of polyester & cotton microfibers. A study of SKLMP's research team suggested that these driers can release 40–50k microfibers during 15mins of use. These microfibers may result in adverse impacts to ecosystem.
