A Photography Competition titled "Shadows of the Sun - Paradoxes of Development" organised by the Department of Asian and International Studies (AIS) is now open for application. By capturing every touching moment in our city, the competition aims to reflect social issues such as political or economic inequality, gender or race based injustice, and more.

Interested parties are required to prepare the following items and send them to 2015ds.photo@gmail.com by 25 January 2016 (12noon):

1. A picture in line with the theme (in JPEG format; max. 25MB)
2. A title of the picture
3. A short paragraph (up to 100 words) to describe the picture
4. Your name and contact details

*Both CityU current students and alumni are welcomed.

Awards:
•    Champion (1 winner): HKD$1,000 Voucher
•    1st Runner-up (1 winner): HKD$500 Voucher
