CITY CLASS Issue 2 Now Available
Issue 2 of CITY CLASS provides transcripts of interesting interviews with people at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLASS), reports on faculty members’ outstanding research and publications, lively accounts of community outreach and other stories. Examples of the content of Issue 2 are provided below.

A research team headed by Professor LO Tit-wing from the Department of Applied Social Sciences has received a substantial grant from the Macao government to pursue a project entitled “Research on the Development of a 10-Year Rehabilitation Programme Plan for Macao”.

The new Head of the Department of Linguistics and Translation, Professor LIU Mei-chun, describes her academic experiences and development.

An account of Project Frame, created by the Department of Public Policy, illustrates how an exemplary knowledge-transfer project is run.  

New research on linguistics has been published by The Halliday Centre for Intelligent Applications of Language Studies.

An alumna of the college, Miss CHAN Tsui-shan Kiki, has been named as a recipient of the 11th Outstanding Teachers Award in Hong Kong.
