The College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) of City University of Hong Kong (CityU) is organising the Mini-movie Competition for Secondary School Students with the theme “Me ‧ My Community and I”. Through this competition, secondary school students will be encouraged to make self-discovery through interactions with the people and all sorts of happenings in their surroundings, and to explore the linkage between oneself and the community.
We have one each of Gold, Silver and Bronze Award, and an award for the most creative entry. We are looking for entries that have a distinctive theme and good storytelling. Creativity and excellence in production are also valued.
Eligibility
- F.1 – F.6 students of secondary schools.
- Contestants can enter as an individual and in groups.
- Each contestant or contesting team can enter one or more entries.
Awards
An independent panel of judges will select one Gold, Silver, Bronze Award plus the Award for the Most Creative Entry. The prizes for each awards are as follows:
