According to Google Scholar, her work has garnered over 14,000 citations, and she boasts an h-index of 46. Furthermore, she is an Associate Editor for several renowned journals, including the International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Global Information Management, Information & Management, and Internet Research.
