城大開辦首個建築及法律雙學士學位課程。此課程將建築及法律知識結合在一起，為學生和僱主締造雙贏局面。課程於2006年正式開辦，首批學額20名。
逾30名建築系學生學以致用，協助重建廣西偏遠山區一間小學宿舍。宿舍於今年三月底落成，命名為「香港樂群樓」。
