"Integrating Positive Psychology and Music Therapy Elements - Positive Ambassador Project" Press Conference

現今中學生的焦慮或抑鬱情況惹人關注,這些問題與個人心理發展和人際關係有何關連?正向心理學和音樂在減少學生焦慮或抑鬱方面可發揮甚麼作用?


香港城市大學應用社會科學學系與香港小童群益會合作推行「整合正向心理學與音樂治療元素—正向大使計劃」,在2014年9月至2015年12月,以問卷形式訪問1700多名中二至中三學生,以了解他們的焦慮或抑鬱狀況,及他們的主觀快樂感,以及影響他們的情緒問題及快樂感的危機和保護因素。研究小組亦邀請來自六間中學的119名青少年,參加為期十節的「正向大使小組」,最後將他們的情緒及快樂感與沒有參加小組的學生作比較,以分析計劃的成效。
我們將於2016年1月23日舉行研究結果發佈會,藉以與社會各界分享計劃的內容和成效。現誠邀 貴機構撥冗出席。如蒙應允,倍感榮幸。


負責研究的城大應用社會科學系副教授郭黎玉晶博士,將於發佈會報告問卷調查結果和計劃成果。香港專業音樂治療中心伍偉文先生,將介紹如何運用音樂治療的理念設計小组活動。會後並有一小時的工作坊,由負責帶領「快樂大使小組」的註冊社工示範和分享應用正向心理學及音樂治療於青少年工作的經驗。當天並會贈送「整合正向心理學與音樂治療元素-正向大使計劃」研究報告暨實務手冊光碟予出席人士。
