We know it well – that CityU students are more than excited to start the new semester! But few may realise that we are the same eager to welcome our students, if not more! In light of the pandemic, CityU curated a hybrid welcoming activation for the students, accommodating the imperative needs of our freshmen: meet the peers, get to know the CityU campus, and most importantly, to meet the CityU Community! We are here to support you every step of the way!'
The two-day orientation included a virtual orientation and an interactive online workshop on 25 August 2020, followed by a welcoming event hosted in both face-to-face and online modes on 26 September 2020, for our students to meet with Professor Way Kuo, President, and Professor Horace Ip, Vice-President (Student Affairs), and to be enlightened by the University’s new initiatives which are particularly established for them.
