It might be a long wait, but worth it! To welcome our students for the new semester after the term break, Student Development Services (SDS) organised a well-received Welcoming Week in January 2020. The CityU Sports Teams together with staff and management of the University met and greeted everyone during the first week of the semester with hand-made cookies, their warm smiles and wishes. The Welcome continued with the Lunchtime Concerts beautifully performed by CityU music enthusiasts including CityU Chinese Orchestra and CityU Philharmonic Orchestra as well as the “Casual Listening”, a well-known band in the CityU Community. Students immersed themselves in the flowing melody and the sweet aroma of the complimentary coffee offered during the concerts.
