CityU is home to plenty of sports. Whatever discipline you belong to, you are welcome to join our Sports Teams where you will be given a handful of opportunities you may never have dreamed of! Right now, the 16 Men’s and Women’s CityU Sports Teams are striving hard to achieve in regular sports competitions organised by the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong (USFHK). There will also be 2 trial events – Dragon Boat and Water Polo!

Being a member of the Sports Teams, you will have the chance to “work hard, play hard”. Every year during the semester break, Sports Teams members fly across the globe, such as Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia to undergo training. Having a fun time and making friends are just a tiny part of what we shall gain in the training; what counts the most is the chance to represent CityU at local and overseas competitions which brings pride, joy, honour and glory to our teams.
