Withdrawal & Termination of Studies

  • A student may withdraw from studies or be terminated studies by the University on various grounds.

Due to Disciplinary Action
Due to Visa Expiry Date of Visa Expiry

 

  • Nonetheless, it is our responsibility to inform the Immigration Department of a student's withdrawal or termination of studies no later than 7 days from the termination/withdrawal effective date.
     
  • Upon withdrawal or termination of studies, the student will be required to leave Hong Kong in 4 weeks from the effective date of termination/withdrawal.
     
  • The University will also notify the Immigration Department of non-local students' suspension of studies and approved periods of leave of absence.
