Extension of Student Visa/Entry Permit Issued for renewal of Student Visa/Entry Permit.
Certification of Study Issued for non-local graduates of regular Bachelor's degree to apply for stay/return and work in Hong Kong under the Immigration Arrangements (IANG) after obtaining the degree. In addition to Certification of study, applicants may also produce their transcripts or Award Certificates as an evidence of graduation.

 

  • Application for certifications can be made by post or in person at the ARRO Service Centre together with payment of the required fees. Students should apply at least two weeks before the date the certification is required to allow adequate time for processing.
     
  • Certifications sent to overseas addresses will be delivered by regular air mail. CityU will not be responsible for any mis-handling of mail.
     
  • Fees can be paid by direct deposit at any branch of the Hang Seng Bank (Account No. 293-318028-004) or by electronic transfer to the account by ATM machine (original receipt required) or by Visa/ Master Credit card or EPS at the ARRO Service Centre. Overseas applicants may pay by a bank draft drawn in HKD made payable to “City University of Hong Kong”.
